Product Overview
This heat shrinking packing machine is specialized spray-coated rear packaging equipment and core aluminum backend packing machinery, tailor-made for long linear aluminum profile products. It executes the complete process of film wrapping → heating shrinkage → sealing and shaping, enabling heat-shrinkable films (PVC, POF, PET, etc.) to tightly cling to the surface of single or bundled aluminum profiles after heating, forming a full-coverage sealed protective layer. It delivers all-round waterproof, dustproof, anti-collision and securing functions for aluminum profiles, optimizes product packaging appearance, and greatly enhances the storage, transportation and circulation performance of finished aluminum profiles, making it an indispensable post-processing packaging device for aluminum profile manufacturing enterprises.
Main Features
1. Precision Tight Shrink Packaging: Wrap aluminum profiles with dedicated heat-shrinkable film, then trigger thermal shrinkage via heating; the film fits tightly around the product without wrinkles or gaps, realizing firm, fitting and fully enclosed packaging.
2. Automatic Buffer Protection: Built-in automatic buffer protection system, effectively preventing damage to the equipment and aluminum profiles caused by misoperation, sudden faults or excessive impact, ensuring safe and stable operation throughout the packaging process.

1. Dual Imported High-Efficiency Fans: The heat box is equipped with two imported brand high-efficiency fans, featuring ultra-high efficiency, superior high-temperature resistance, high rotational speed and exceptional running stability. Rated operating voltage: 230V; rated power: 1/2 HP (370W); maximum motor power: 750W, actual operating power: approx. 180W, with outstanding energy-saving efficiency. These fans feature extremely low no-load and operating current, maintain high rotational speed and stable airflow even in harsh 200℃ high-temperature environments, with no performance attenuation during long-term use, providing reliable support for low-temperature dehydration drying and high-efficiency energy-saving operation. Unlike ordinary standard fans on the market, it avoids speed decay, air pressure drop and performance degradation after long-term use, eliminating the drawbacks of increased power consumption and reduced packaging efficiency.
2. Swiss-Technology Far-Infrared Heating Tubes: Adopts elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared high-efficiency heating tubes manufactured with imported Swiss technology, featuring rapid heating, high thermal efficiency, low energy loss and long service life. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire power supply, rated power: 18KW, delivering stable and uniform heating to ensure ideal shrink effects.
3. High-Stability Automatic Temperature Control System: Equipped with imported Japanese Mitsubishi or Fuji high-quality AC contactors, paired with renowned domestic brand temperature controllers to build a durable automatic temperature control circuit, with a maximum adjustable temperature of 250℃, precise temperature control and stable operation, long service life.
4. High-Efficiency Drive & Speed Regulation System: Configured with a 0.37kW high-efficiency branded drive motor, matched with well-known manufacturer frequency converter speed regulator; conveyor speed is freely adjustable within 0–30m/min, maximum conveying weight ≥80kg. Equipped with imported Japanese Panasonic switches and additional Forward/Stop/Reverse conversion switch, realizing flexible and stable conveying control.
