Main Features:

1. The equipment is designed and developed according to market demand, focusing on safety and reliability, ease of operation, reducing workshop space, minimizing labor, and being energy-efficient.

2. Film application effect: The film is parallel to the profile without tilt or bubbles, the film cutting edge does not exceed 5mm, and there is an automatic alarm for film breakage, making film alignment convenient.

Equipment Composition:

1. Feeding storage and conveying device, material distribution and feeding device, manual/automatic film application and cutting system, lifting device, discharge translation table, and discharge storage and conveying device.

2. Electrical control system - uses PLC control. The electrical control system employs an independent control system, using PLC + touch screen to control the entire system, with the loading and unloading motors and reducers controlled by a frequency converter, and control signals issued by the PLC. Users can input user parameters and modify system parameters through the touch screen.
