Film application effect The protective film remains parallel to the profile, with no warping or air bubbles; the error at the film-cutting port does not exceed 5 mm; the system is equipped with an automatic alarm function for film breakage or missing film; and it is easy to install and adjust for alignment correction.
Main Structural Components

Equipped with a feeding and storage & conveying system, an automatic feeding device, a manual/automatic lamination and cutting system, a lifting mechanism, a discharge transfer platform, and a discharging, storage, and conveying system.

Electrical Control System It employs PLC control. The electrical control system is equipped with a standalone control unit that uses a PLC in conjunction with a touch screen to operate the entire machine. The gearboxes for the upper and lower feeding motors are controlled by frequency converters, with control signals being uniformly issued by the PLC. Users can input and modify relevant system parameters via the touch screen.
