Product Description
Our Aluminum Wrap Around Packaging Machine is a professional industrial automation device, specifically designed to wrap aluminum profiles (such as extrusions for doors, windows, furniture, and construction) with protective materials—including stretch film, PE film, or kraft paper. This automated packaging solution effectively safeguards product integrity during storage and transportation, preventing scratches, corrosion, dust contamination, and other potential damages. As a dedicated backend packaging equipment for aluminum products, it greatly improves packaging efficiency and ensures the safety of products during transit.

This wrap-around packing machine is widely applicable to the packaging of various profiles and pipes, including: aluminum profiles, aluminum tubes, stainless steel profiles, aluminum bars, aluminum alloy profiles, as well as plastic and steel products. It is an ideal packaging solution for industries such as construction, furniture, and aluminum processing.
Profile Wrapping Process
The machine operates with a smooth and efficient workflow: The driving motor drives the large rotary table and the packing belt to perform circular motion. Meanwhile, the feeding motor (equipped with cycloidal pin stepless speed regulation) drives the materials to the rubber pressing wheel through the worm gear reducer. The profile materials are then transported linearly through the center of the rotary table, realizing uniform and tight winding packaging automatically.
