Product Overview
This aluminum wrapping machine adopts automatic mechanical packaging to wrap aluminum profiles with protective film, effectively achieving moisture-proof and dust-proof effects while ensuring a neat, elegant appearance. As a professional aluminum profile packaging equipment, it is widely used in industrial production to improve packaging efficiency and product protection.

Application Range
This wraparound packing machine is suitable for packaging various profiles and pipes, including aluminum profiles, aluminum tubes, stainless steel profiles, aluminum bars, aluminum alloy profiles, as well as plastic and steel products.
Profile Wrapping Process
The drive motor drives the large rotary table and the packing belt to make circular motion. The feeding motor (with cycloidal pin stepless speed regulation) drives the materials to the pressure rubber wheel through the worm gear reducer. The profile materials are transported linearly through the center of the rotary table, thereby realizing efficient and uniform winding packaging.
