Heat Shrink Machine for Aluminum Profiles
As core aluminum backend packing machinery, this aluminum heat shrink packing machine is a specialized packaging equipment tailored for long linear products like aluminum profiles. It is mainly applied to realize waterproofing, dustproofing, product securing and packaging appearance upgrading for aluminum profiles, perfecting the post-processing packaging link of finished aluminum products and boosting product storage and transportation performance.

1. Efficient Heat Shrink Packaging: Wrap the aluminum profiles with dedicated heat-shrinkable film (a key consumable of this machine), then conduct heating treatment; the film will shrink rapidly to wrap the product tightly, realizing firm and fitting packaging.
2. Automatic Buffer Protection: Equipped with an automatic buffer protection system, effectively avoiding damage to the machine and aluminum profiles caused by improper operation or sudden faults, ensuring stable and safe operation.
3. Humanized & Flexible Control: Adopts user-friendly control design, with simple and intuitive operation logic, flexible regulation modes, lowering the operation threshold and adapting to diverse packaging demands.

1. Imported High-Efficiency Fan: Equipped with one imported brand fan, featuring ultra-high efficiency, excellent high-temperature resistance, high rotational speed and outstanding high-speed stability. Rated operating voltage: 230V; current power: 1/2 HP (370W); maximum motor power: 750W, actual operating power: approx. 180W, with remarkable energy-saving performance. The fan features low no-load and operating current consumption, runs reliably in harsh high-temperature environments up to 200°C for a long time, maintains high rotational speed and stable airflow without attenuation, providing solid support for low-temperature, flawless, stable, high-efficiency and energy-saving packaging.
2. Swiss-Technology Far-Infrared Heating Tubes: Adopts elliptical U-shaped side-insert metal far-infrared heating tubes produced under Swiss licensed technology, with higher energy efficiency than mainstream heating tubes on the market. It boasts rapid heating, ultra-high efficiency, remarkable energy saving, long service life and easy maintenance. Maximum power: 16KW, applicable power supply: 380V three-phase four-wire; supports constant temperature setting, normal operating temperature range: ambient temperature to 180°C.
3. High-Quality Control & Drive System: The temperature control circuit is equipped with high-grade Japanese brand AC contactors (Mitsubishi/Fuji) and well-known domestic temperature controllers, forming a durable automatic temperature control system with stable performance and long service life. The drive system adopts a branded 0.18KW drive motor matched with a frequency converter (equipped with bidirectional operation selector switch), ensuring extremely stable packaging conveying speed, adjustable within 0-30m/min, with a conveying capacity of ≥80kg.
