Product Overview
This is a specialized protective film sticking and laminating machine tailored for aluminum profiles, acting as essential post-processing packaging equipment for finished aluminum products. It firmly adheres protective film to the surface of aluminum profiles, providing all-round protection against scratches, abrasions, contamination, corrosion and other damages during handling, inventory, transportation, secondary processing and on-site installation. After completing the installation work, the protective film can be easily torn off, leaving the aluminum surface clean, smooth and brand-new, effectively retaining the original finish and quality of the finished products.

Application Scope
This aluminum profile protective film sticking and taping machine features extensive applicability, perfectly fitting for the laminating protection of various aluminum profiles. Film Laminating Process
1. Mount the roll-type protective film onto the special film rack of the laminating machine, and adjust the film placement and tension to adapt to the specifications of the aluminum profile to be processed.
2. Place the aluminum profile smoothly on the special attaching platform of the machine, and conduct simple positioning if needed to ensure accurate laminating position.
3. Start the aluminum film sticking machine through the control system, and the equipment will automatically and precisely attach the protective film to the designated surface of the aluminum profile.
4. Once the laminating operation is finished, take out the processed profile, completing the whole protective film sticking process smoothly.
