Product Overview
This is a specialized protective film laminating and taping machine designed exclusively for aluminum profiles, serving as core post-processing packaging equipment for finished aluminum products. It efficiently applies protective film to the surface of aluminum profiles, shielding the finished products from scratches, abrasions, contamination and other damages during handling, storage, transportation, secondary processing and on-site installation. Once the installation is completed, the protective film can be easily torn off, leaving the aluminum surface smooth, clean and intact as brand new, effectively preserving the product’s appearance quality and surface finish.

Application Scope
This aluminum profile protective film laminating machine boasts extensive applicability, perfectly suitable for laminating protection of various aluminum profiles, including door and window profiles, industrial extruded profiles, and conventional/special-shaped aluminum materials of all dimensional specifications. Whether it is conventional flat profiles or special-structured profiles, it can achieve ideal protective film laminating effects, making it an essential packaging device for aluminum profile processing and manufacturing enterprises.
Film Laminating Process
1.Install the roll-type protective film onto the special film holder of the laminating machine, and adjust the film tension and position to match the profile specifications.
2.Place the aluminum profile to be processed smoothly on the special laminating platform of the machine, and fix or position the profile as needed.
3.Start the machine via the control panel, foot pedal or manual button, and the equipment will automatically and accurately attach the protective film to the designated surface of the aluminum profile.
4.After the laminating process is completed, take out the finished profile, and the whole protective film laminating operation is finished.
