MAIN FEATURE
1. This machine features a film-cutting device
2. That precisely controls film positioning and application pressure.
3. It ensures the protective film adheres evenly to small parts without bubbles or wrinkles.

USE RANGE
Protective film packaging for surfaces such as aluminum profile small parts, corner trim, baseboards, short sections, exterior wall aluminum strips, decorative aluminum strips, photovoltaic frames, and solar aluminum door and window materials.
FILM LAMINATION PROCESS
1. Power on the equipment; the power indicator light should illuminate;
2. Click the “Enter System” button on the touchscreen to access the production page;
3. Equipment origin point: Check if the “Cutter Origin” indicator light on the touchscreen is green. If it is red, reset the cutter to return it to the origin point;
4. Manual feeding: Press the “Forward” button, manually place the product at the feed opening, and manually apply the film when the product moves below the film;
5. Automatic operation: Press the “Start” button, the equipment will operate automatically, and continue to manually feed products at the feed opening.
