Product Introduction
Process: Heat is generated through heating elements (such as electric heating tubes, infrared heaters, etc.) and transferred to the packaging materials and products, causing the packaging materials to shrink and tightly wrap around the products when heated. At the same time, the fan or blower inside the shrink oven creates airflow to help distribute heat evenly and accelerate the shrinkage process of the packaging materials.
Application range: Widely used in the packaging process of products in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and electronics.
Main performance:
1. Uses high-efficiency oval U-shaped metal far-infrared electric heating tubes.
2. Four high-quality YE3 series fans from the American 'General' brand are installed above the heating chamber.
3. Suitable for harsh working environments with temperatures up to 250°C.
