Mold heating furnace
Specifications:
1. Reference dimensions for the mold furnace: 2500×1300×1600 (L×W×H mm).
2. Reference dimensions for the mold frame: 950×580×350 (L×W×H mm).
3. The mold specifications that can be placed are ?160-?200, and the number of molds that can be placed varies from 8 to 12 depending on the size of the mold.
Parameters:
1. The inner liner of the mold furnace is made of 3mm thick 316 L high-temperature resistant, oxidation-resistant, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate, seamlessly welded.
2. The outer plate of the mold furnace is made of 3mm thick hot-rolled steel plate, seamlessly welded. It is filled with 300mm thick high-quality aluminum silicate glass fiber insulation cotton board.
3. The inner wall of the stainless steel furnace liner is embedded with 65mm thick fireproof thermal insulation bricks, coated with far-infrared thermal radiation coating, providing double-layer thermal insulation.
4. A stainless steel pipe of approximately φ22mm is inserted into the ceramic tube to increase the rigidity of the ceramic tube, making the ceramic heating tube less prone to breakage and more durable.
5. The air circulation fan uses the German "VEM" brand, with a power of 1.1kw, high quality, high speed, and high stability large fan (the lifespan is three times that of domestic motors, equipped with 316 L stainless steel reinforced large fan blades, ensuring that it maintains its wind pressure and airflow without degradation over time).
6. The control circuit uses Japanese imported "Mitsubishi" AC contactors, and the "Yangming" brand digital temperature control meter forms an automatic temperature control circuit, with a heating wire power of 12KW.
