Product Introduction
By setting a shearing mechanism in the demoulding fixture, the demoulding fixture can cut the material on the product surface directly after taking the product out of the injection mold
- Use a vertical hydraulic cylinder to cut off the die head from the extrusion press (hot shear)
- The transverse hydraulic cylinder ejects the mould out of the mould sleeve, improves the waste aluminum recovery, and is convenient for the mould to return to the furnace for heat preservation
