Heat shrink packaging is currently a very popular packaging method, visible in supermarkets and daily life, such as on products like: disinfected tableware, beer beverages, chemicals, honey bottles, red wine, and mosquito repellent boxes. Heat shrink films are generally divided into PE film, POF film, and PVC film; the suitability of each film for packaging different products varies, and below is information on what products heat shrink machines are commonly used for.
Generally speaking, alcoholic beverages commonly use PE shrink packaging, which is thicker and requires larger shrink machines for packaging, resulting in higher prices for the corresponding machines. After heat shrinking, cold air is needed to solidify; otherwise, it will affect the packaging effect. Products suitable for PE film packaging include: tobacco, beverages, beer, cans, insulation materials, cartons, cans, liquor, large boards, sheet metal parts, and other larger and heavier products.
POF film has a very wide range of applications, suitable for heat shrink packaging of small products such as cookies, medicine boxes, cartons, toys, basketballs, pomelos, mosquito coils, books, hand sanitizer bottles, cosmetics, office supplies, hardware accessories, etc. You can look around you; POF film is softer and has better transparency.
