Product Overview
This specialized heat shrink packing machine is engineered exclusively for efficient and secure packaging of doors, windows and other large-sized profile products. The packaging process follows a streamlined industrial workflow: the target door or window product is first wrapped with dedicated heat-shrinkable film, then fed into the machine; the built-in heating system activates the film, causing it to shrink tightly and uniformly around the product via controlled heating. The end result is a tight, dust-proof, moisture-proof and wear-resistant protective packaging layer, perfectly securing the product for storage, transportation and delivery, while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Core Working Process
1. Film Wrapping: Manually or semi-automatically wrap the door and window profiles with qualified PVC/PE heat-shrinkable film to form a preliminary covering.
2. Conveyor Feeding: Place the wrapped product onto the machine’s roller conveyor system, which steadily transports it into the heating chamber.
3. Heat Shrinkage: The closed heating chamber releases uniform heat, triggering the shrinkable film to tightly fit the contours of the door and window, eliminating wrinkles and gaps.
4. Discharge & Completion: After sufficient shrinkage, the packaged product is automatically conveyed out of the chamber, completing the entire packaging cycle quickly and efficiently.

1. High-Performance Air Circulation Fan System
The machine is fitted with two imported brand high-efficiency fans mounted above the heating chamber, operating at 220V/650W. These are ultra-high efficiency, high-temperature resistant, high-speed and high-stability industrial fans built to withstand harsh continuous working environments, with a maximum furnace temperature resistance of up to 200°C. Even under long-hour continuous operation, the fans maintain constant rotational speed and stable airflow output without performance attenuation. This uniform air circulation system ensures consistent heating across the entire film surface, enabling flawless low-temperature shrink packaging, energy-saving operation and high-efficiency output, which is the core guarantee for premium packaging quality.
2. Advanced Electric Heating & Precision Temperature Control System
Adopts high-efficiency elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared heating elements, manufactured with proprietary Swiss technology in-house. These heating elements feature outstanding thermal efficiency, energy conservation, long service life and hassle-free daily maintenance. The control circuit is configured with genuine Japanese brand AC contactors (Mitsubishi or Fuji) and well-known domestic brand high-precision temperature controllers, forming a fully automatic closed-loop temperature control system.
Power supply: 380V three-phase four-wire; Rated power: approx. 22KW; Maximum working temperature: 180°C, with precise and stable temperature control to avoid film overheating, breakage or incomplete shrinkage.
3. Stable Main Drive Conveyor System
Equipped with a ≥0.55KW high-quality branded drive motor paired with a premium brand variable frequency drive (VFD) for stepless speed regulation. Conveyor speed is fully adjustable between 0-20m/min to match different production rhythms, with a maximum single piece conveying weight of ≤80Kg. The main drive console is equipped with intuitive Forward, Pause and Reverse control switches, allowing flexible direction adjustment for product feeding, positioning and fault clearance, greatly improving operational flexibility.
4. Heavy-Duty Roller Conveying Structure
The conveyor table adopts a robust steel tube roller design, featuring approx. 6 high-precision steel tube rollers (φ60mm, wall thickness 5mm) inside the heating chamber, plus one additional precision roller at each inlet and outlet end, totaling 8 heavy-duty rollers across the whole machine with an even spacing of approx. 200mm. This solid roller structure ensures stable, smooth and non-slipping conveying of heavy door and window products, avoiding product tilting or jamming during operation.

The machine features an integrated heavy-duty frame and optimized structural design, delivering exceptional overall stability and durability. It achieves consistent, flawless packaging with extremely low film breakage rate, supporting long-hour continuous industrial production.
