Product Overview
This professional protective film laminating machine is specially designed for surface protection packaging of aluminum profiles and other industrial profiles, serving as core backend packaging equipment for profile manufacturing workshops and processing plants. It automatically attaches special protective film tightly to the surface of finished profiles, forming a durable protective barrier that prevents scratches, abrasions, dust contamination and surface damage during handling, inventory storage, long-distance transportation, secondary processing and on-site installation. Once the profile reaches the installation site, the protective film can be easily torn off directly, leaving the profile surface smooth, clean and brand-new without any adhesive residue, perfectly preserving the surface finish and quality of high-grade aluminum profiles.

Application Scope

Film Laminating Working Process
The machine adopts a simplified and efficient automatic laminating process, easy to master for on-site operators with no professional skills required:

Install the roll-type special protective film on the film unwinding frame of the laminating machine correctly, and adjust the film tension to a proper state.

Place the aluminum profile or other target profile products smoothly on the special laminating platform of the machine.

Start the machine with one key, the equipment will run automatically, accurately and evenly attaching the protective film to the profile surface at a constant speed.

Take out the laminated profile after the process is finished, completing the entire surface protection packaging quickly.
